About our home
Tastefully decorated condo in premier location, across from the Tomebamba River and the famous river walk. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, shopping, parks, and popular tourist attractions. El Centro is less than 10 minutes away. Our home is in a gated, secure building, with outside living spaces.

My husband is a retired pastor and I am a retired cardiopulmonary manager.
We are American ex-pats who love to travel and have fallen in love with Latin America
We love the outdoors and floors, and we have beautifully landscaped our terraces and created a little oasis in the middle of this charming colonial city

Bit of culture
Pumopongo Inca Museum, Ruins and Gardens right across the river from where we live. It's located next door to the Banco Central theatre where you can hear the reknowned Cuenca symphony, for free.
Walks in the park
We live near 2 park, the recently renovated Parque de Madre and the largest park in Cuenca, the breathtaking Paraiso Park, with a wooden walkway through the woods, a lake with paddle boats, and gorgeous views of the Andes mountains everywhere you look.

Walking track and exercise equipment a 5 minute walk from the condo
So many! Don't miss the famous hot baths of Banos outside Cuenca. Enjoy a free concert with the Cuenca symphony. HIke, trout fish, or bike in the Cajas mountains. Take a 45 minute taxi ride to "silver town" Chordeleg
