Charming loft apartment in Quito's historic San Marcos neighborhood. The apartment, located in a secure, luxury condominium, has a master bedroom on the main floor and a semi-private bedroom above. There is also a sofa in the upstairs sitting area that converts into a double bed. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen and all you need to enjoy your stay in Quito. Where is it?
Neighbourhood
San Marcos is one of the most quiet neighborhoods in Quito's center. It is just 4 blocks from the central square, but remains off the beaten path. The neighborhood's main street, Junin, ends in a cull-de-sac so there is no through traffic. The San Marcos church, which abuts the apartment building, dates from the late 16th century. Quito's "centro historico" is best enjoyed on foot and San Marcos is well situated near all the main sites in Quito's center. Because the neighborhood is so quiet it is a great place to return to after a long day of seeing the sites.
