About our home

I offer a very well allocated apartment in Quito. With a glorious view to the valley where nature expresses it beauty. We have one bedroom, There is one big living room, with space for installing a portable bed I have, and a large kitchen open to the space where all friends can eat. It's a very big apartment with an small balcony where you can sit and wait for the sunset. We have a part time maid.

More about us

I am a young architect that owns her a small firm of office design. Since I was a teenager we have had exchange students and I have always love the experience of meeting new cultures. I have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. I would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Ecuador.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Ideally located as a touring base, our town offers easy access the jungle, coast and mountains, in around an hour to four. For mountain bikers or hickers there a plenty of mountains very close to be discover. The apartment is close to the fine restaurants in the area and it is easy to either ask for a taxi or to walk anywhere if you don´t want to drive.
