About our home

Our luxury apartment is located in the trendiest new area in Tallinn – Noblessner Harbour. We have two bedrooms and large balcony – a perfect seaside city pad to explore the magical Tallinn, Estonia.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a separate wardrobe. The other bedroom is currently a baby room with an armchair, chest of draws, cot and a very comfortable sofa bed. The marble bathroom has a bathtub and baby’s changing station.

Open plan living room/ kitchen has a large super comfy sofa, dining table for 6 people and a piano. The living room has two doors that led to our large balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful sunsets.

A fully equipped kitchen is perfectly suitable for preparing and eating food. Appliances are stove, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and blender. There also are iron, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Plus, you can be a real barista with our Sage coffee machine. ☕

The apartment has 1 parking space in the heated underground garage. There is also a large gated play area for children in the yard.

Noblessner, situated in Northern Tallinn next to the renowned Seaplane Harbour, is one of the most interesting marine areas of the city. The former submarine shipyard has quickly turned into a stylish urban area, rewarded as the best redevelopment in the Baltic states. The old factory halls have woken up to a new life and the car-free streets are bustling with art galleries, shops, an active visitor marina and sea view restaurants.

Noblessner seaport is perfect spot for dazzling culture, it is home to a yacht harbour, offices, restaurants and even the factory and taproom of Estonia’s most popular brewery – Põhjala. Here you will also find Kai Art Center, PROTO Invention Factory VR centre, and techno nightclub HALL. Culinary highlights include restaurant 180°, the only Michelin Star restaurant in Estonia, and Lore Bistroo, a local favourite, but there are also plenty more sweet spots to explore.
