About our home

Our home is a 3-room penthouse apartment with a balcony and a garage on 0-floor. The building and the apartment itself were built just in 2007, so it is very modern and in an extremly good condition. In the house there is an elevator, which makes it no problem to reach the last (6th) floor and also make use of the garage. Our apartment has a fireplace, bath, and security system. It is fully furnished and has all neseccary appliances that are required for comfortable stay.

More about us

  1. We are a two person exchange party, who are exchanging their home for the first time and for the first time travelling preferably to Spain (Barcelona or near Barcelona). We are in our late 30's, a fittness trainer and an attorney-at-law, living and working in Tallinn. We are extremely neat and tidy and with a huge respect for other's property.

Where is it?

We offer You an opportunity to stay in a very nice, freshly built and modern home in the center of Tallinn, walking distance (8 minutes) from old town and everything else the city center has to offer. Although the apartment is in the center of the city, our home is located in an extremly quiet surrounding (no noise from the street or neighbours). If you prefer to use public transport, then all the necessary tram and bus stops are in a 2 minutes walking distance.

Tallinn is the oldest capital in Northern Europe, was put on the map for the first time in 1154. Tallinn’s Old Town is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List as one of the best-preserved medieval town centres in Europe. It boasts a town wall with 26 defence towers, the Dominican St. Catherine’s Monastery founded in 1246, the 600-year-old Gothic Town Hall, the world’s oldest functioning pharmacy on the Town Hall Square and the 159 metres high Oleviste Church which was the highest structure in the world in the 16th century etc. Tallinn is a dynamic city on the move. The medieval Old Town is not a museum, but a vibrant, living organism between the harbour and the new business district with its cosy cafes, restaurants, boutiques andother place of interest.
