Our house is located in a wonderful quiet location just 500 meters from the old town.
Nearby there is a park, a river embankment and a sports stadium for sports all year round.
You can swim in the river right in front of your house.
Our large garden has everything you need for a grill party and for an active holiday for children.
The nearest beach is 1000 m upstream. It is an incredible pleasure to walk to the beach and swim along the river to the house downstream. We will leave you a swimming buoy for that.
We will also leave you 3 kayaks for walking along the river for 3 people and bicycles for children and for adult.
There is an ancient botanical garden 300 from the house, a favorite place for walks with children and for picnics.
The shop is just 500 m away from the picturesque bank of the river.
The city has a developed infrastructure for renting electric bicycles and scooters.
We can also leave our car for your use.
July and August are the best time of the year to relax in Tartu.
