About our home

62 m2 design & fully furnished apartment featured a private sauna in the heart of Helsinki, next to Helsinki University & library, Central railway station, Helsinki Cathedral, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, the old market square & shopping district, the sea is within walking distance. With all the public transportation connections, a bus, tram, metro station & supermarket are just next door with plenty of city parking hall.

There is queen size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, that could accommodate up to 4 adults, a 4K home cinema projector, KEF high-end speakers, 5G internet, dishwasher, and oven.

The apartment is situated in the courtyard on the ground floor ( wheelchair friendly) , very quiet & private even in the heart of the city, with 3.8-meter ceiling height which makes it spacious and bright. The building was built in 1890, one of the first buildings in Helsinki, with rich history.
This is my second home, as I don't live there, it is available for swapping all year round / simultaneously or non-simultaneously
