About our home

Our house is about 10km from Lahti. Nearest lake 1km away, forest about 200 meter away.
Spacious house with a sauna, big garden and 3 bedrooms. We live here with our 4year old girl and 5,5yr old boy, so plenty of toys and kid-friendly environment (about 6 different playgrounds very close by) In storage are decent mountainbikes for everybody, ski, iceskating equipment and of course sleds.
Perfect place for family time, enjoying clear air and Finnish nature.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Lahti is about 100km from Helsinki, takes 50min with direct train.
There are plenty of lakes and forests to explore. In the winter everything is available to enjoy winter at its fullest: cross-country skiing, sledding, downhill skiing (only 15min drive from our home), iceskating on the lakes, etc
In the summer swim at the foot of the ski jumping towers, or in one of the 100.000 lakes and enjoy the nightless days when the sun never sets.
