About our home

The apartement is in a standing building(with a caretaker)at the fifth and last floor with lift.It's very quiet and confortable with a spacious entrance hall with a trundle bed,a spacious living room with 2sofas bed(4beddings). The living room is very luminous in reason of a large bay window which opened on a large sunny terrace with garden furnitures and deckchairs.You can eat even in winter.From the terrace you have a fantastic view up montains. A adjoining bedroom with a double bed and a bay window which opened on the terrace. Private parking just down the apartement.

  1. My husband and me are 50-years-old, we have 3 children: 26 21 19 years-old. I am ophtalmologist and my husband works in the scientific research. We think that home exchange is an excellent idea for us to travel, what we like. The exchange can be simultaneous or not. Important points: we don't accept smokers and pets.

Where is it?

The apartement( our second house) is in the quiest area of the ski resort in a perfect position: immediate starting point for a lot of trekkings or hikings, montain bike: 220 kms, roadster ( famous 21 corners during "tour de France". For skiing: you put your ski just down the apartement to take a chairlift at about 50 ms and you can skiing on 237 kms of slopes from 1800 to 3300 ms altitud. You find also the longest slope in the world called "Sarenne", 16 kms long with fantastic views. Tennis, golf, 2 swimming pools: one heated outdoor and an other indoor, horse riding, climbing, paragliding, sport room, cinema, archery, aviation. At 1 hour to Grenoble ( several buses every day to the rail station ) and at about 2 hours to Lyon. You find all the informations about the resort on internet: www.alpedhuez.com
