French Riviera 2BD with Sea View and swimming pool

Our home is located in a private, fenced residence, with swimming pool and tennis courts. It has 100 m2 (about 1000 sqf), 2 bedrooms, a large living area and a beautiful terrase with sea view. Fully furnished and equipped.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. In front of the bedroom there is a bathroom with a WC and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with 3 beds. In each bed can fit easily 2 people! Bedroom 2 also has a private bathroom, with a WC and bathtub.
We have lots of sand toys and sports equipment.
You can use our secure underground parking place, large enough for a big SUV (for free). We'll give you a remote control to get into the garage with the car. After you parked, you can take the elevator directly to the apartament.

The swimming pool in open 8 am - 10 pm in the summer time. You can use it for free, anytime you want.
The tennis court can be rented. I'll give you the phone number to make a reservation. There are alos lessons for the kids almost daily in the summer. The reservation in advance is required.

In case of trips booked with points, we ask for a cleaning fee at the end of your stay, 50 eur. No fee for simultaneous exchanges.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area but a 20 minute walk from the busy beachfront of JLP with all its restaurants and bars.

It is perfectly located to visit the beautiful Cote d'Azur with the small villages around the coast.
The Nice airport is 20 minutes by car.

Monaco, with its famous Casino and Formula One Grand Prix is just 40 minutes by car or train and Cannes, home of the famous Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes away.

In Juan Les Pins and Antibes, only six minutes by car, you will find everything you need including the famous local fresh produce market in Antibes old town.

For those who like to be a little more active, there is a diving school five minutes away and approximately 20 golf courses in the area including the famous Royal Mougins Golf Club which has hosted PGA tournaments.

And of course there is shopping.....along La Croisette in Cannes you have just about every designer brand in the world.In winter, you have local ski stations reachable in an hour, and the Alpes Maritimes ski stations in both Italy and France are under 2 hours drive. These areas provide skiing well into April due to the height of the ski stations. This really is an area that provides year-round entertainment and endless possibilities of enjoyment both culturally and sportive.
