“Paul was a great host. Everything about our stay in this gorgeous part of France was perfect. Easy to access, close to train station. His home has recently been renovated to a very high specification situated in a quiet cul de sac. The kitchen was great with quality cooking facilities. The whole property was immaculate. The swimming pool a fabulous extra with comfortable sun-beds. Lovely area to eat outside under the shade of pretty trees. So much to see in the area, a drive into the mountains is a must - although the town itself is gorgeous. Great market on Wednesday and Saturday, lovely long beach. Coulliour is only 10 minutes down the road. A stunning place famously frequented by the great Spanish and French artists. Fabulous restaurants to choose from. Couldn't recommend highly enough. ”

“Paul's house is just a perfect place to relax and visit the region. The house is very well -finished and contains everything needed. Beds are excellent and the charming terrace & pool make it a heaven of peace. Whilst the old town of Argelès is very nice and at a short walking distance, I'd strongly recommend to take a car and trip to Collioure or Cadaques in Spain, and go eat oysters at le cul d'oursin in Leucate (be prepared if you are with kids, only seashells are served but it really worth it !) A great place to stay ! ”
