About our home

The house that we have completely restored 3 year ago in modern style has got 3 bedrooms (one with king size bed, one with bunk beds and one with double bed and baby bed) 2 bathrooms, a large and very equipped kitchen where all the family can eat. We have a comfortable lounge with a fire place and a dining room with a large table for 10 people. 8 peoples could sleep in the house.
We live all the year in this house.
The garden is 3000 sq km with view on the sea and we have a large swimming pool.

More about us

We are Sandrine and Denis, 39 and 41 years old. We are married and have 2 childrens, Lola two years and Hugo 4. I m engineer but for two years I take care of the babies. My husband is president of our company of catering. We have done an wonderful home exchange during summer 2010 and are sure that will be our way of travelling for the future. I love tavelling, diving and I want to take care of your house as mine.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our house is located close to the very small but famous (for the glass making ))of biot village. Nice airport is 15 minutes from the house and we are 20 min from Cannes city and Nice city. Monaco is 40 min from our house. The sun is shinning quite all the year in south of France and they re is a lot of places to visit like cities, beaches, mountains. We live 1km from 2 beautiful golfes, marineland, Lunapark, miniature golf, karting .......
