About our home

Big house in a nice part of Bordeaux (seven minutes to downtown by bicycle - we let bicycles), beside the main parc of the town. The house has been designed by my husband who is an architect. It has been published in a lot decoration magazines and one book. There are four bedrooms. The living room is large and comfortable,opening with the kitchen on a large terrace. There is a special place for ping-pong and a room is dedicated to a home cinema.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is very quiet though very closed from the historical center, classed world heritage by UNESCO in 2007. The town (www.bordeaux.fr) has mainly been built in the eighteenth century. Beside the cultural activities, Bordeaux is in the center of some of the best wineyards in the world and very closed (less than 1 hour by car) of wonderfull sandy beaches on the Atlantic 0cean or on the Bassin d'Arcachon.
