The kitchen, the dining room, the living room are on the first floor, as well as a sleeping room for two persons, shower and toilets. On the second floor are two large bedrooms, a smaller one, toilets and a confortable bath rooms recently renovated. In one of the large bedrooms is a mezzanine equiped with an additional bed and opening to a terrace. Up to 8 people may sleep. Situated in the countryside, our home is particularly peaceful. In the summer, various vegetable and fruit are available in the garden !

More about us

  1. My wife and I are young grandparents with two sons and two grandchildren. We both work as teachers and we do like travelling abroad when we find the opportunity. We would be pleased to welcome in our house people willing discover our region that is particularly sunny in the summertime.

Neighbourhood

Located in the vineyard of Bordeaux wine Entre-deux-Mers between Bordeaux and St Emilion, our house is well situated 3km from a small village providing facilities (supermarket, baker's, chemist's, surgery, dentist). Within one hour driving are many day trips: the ocean coast near Arcachon, the Gironde mouth, the medieval city of St Emilion and a plenty of famous chateaux in the Medoc. The hinterland is also exciting with its Bastides. We recommend biking on the huge network of cycle tracks in the Aquitaine region.
