The house is in an quiet area, near wine castel and ocean. All modern comfort for house and car offert. Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large kitchen, 4000 m2 of ground landscape with swimming pool, 10 principal parts with 4 rooms, large living room stay 84 m2, covered terraces, American kitchen arranged with bar, wash-house with arrangements, garage 2 cars. Unspoilable view on the vines and the Garonne River.

The vineyards of st Emilion, Graves and Sauternes are the oldest of Bordeaux. They date from the Roman time, so our wines result from this ancient tradition.
The soils are the essential elements of names of st Emilion, Graves and Sauternes. These soils give the specific flavours of our wines. The vine is indissociable work of the man. The vine grower has multiple spots of the vine to the wine storehouse. This trade is before a whole passion.
The inheritance on the country of Bordeaux is varied. Come to discover the vernacular richnesses, the medieval fortresses and the architecture of the wine castles. The area of Sauternais, Graves and st Emilion shelters many monuments reflecting each one, the various stages of the local History.
Fauna is diversified with in particular of the animals like roe-deers, stags or wood pigeons
