About our home

Bright, comfortable apartment in quiet neighbourhood. The terrace itself is 40 m2 and the apartment is 60 m2. The view from the terrace is quite nice and it's really enjoyable in the summer. The apartment is nicely decorated. The bedroom has a balcony. The living room and dining room are within the same room and the two large windows onto the terrace (corner terrace) make it a very enjoyable place to read, eat, or watch TV.

I am Nicole. I am retired, but still very active. I used to work in the field of employment. I've travelled a bit and have always enjoyed it. My daughter, Valerie, lives in Montreal, Canada (she's the one you will contact and who is in charge of this listing), and we hope to visit places in the States that way. Mutual trust and respect of each other's things is very important to me. Looking forward to a wonderful experience!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

I live in a cul-de-sac so this is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Bakery, flower shop, church, pharmacy are within walking distance. Public transport can easily take you to downtown Bordeaux and all its activities. By car (car optional), you can go to the beach or to visit local vineyards (about an hour away from everything).
