Our home is located in a quiet group of houses.
It is on two lewels.
There are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with little bigger than a single bed).
The kitchen is fulling equiped and opened on the dining room.
There are a terrace and a little garden with barbecue: you will enjoy to eat outside each day.
If you like to do gardening, it takes 20mn every 2/3 days to water plants but someone can come and do it.

More about us

  1. I am Joëlle and I work as a seller in a bookshop (my English is not very good).
My husband, Gérard, is a plumber. We are both 50 years old.
    We have two daughters:
-Léa, 18 who wants to study in hotel, travel and tourism management.
    -Lise, 13.
We have cats but they can stay elsewhere.
We have not done a home exchange before but are very excited at the idea to fly so far. It will be the first time.
We are sorry not to be able to lend you our car because we need it to visit family near Paris after we will be back from New York.
We plan to stay about 8 days in New York, but our house will be available a fornight.
We will do our best in order to facilitate your stay.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our town is based on the French Riviera, at equal distance from Cannes and Nice.
The most important cities to visit are: Cannes, Nice and Monaco (all by bus or by train) with museums, restaurants, shopping, etc...
All around, you will find many old typical villages.
The beach (with pebbles) is not far and if you are keen of hiking, beautiful mountains are 1h15-1h30 away by car.
If you are not afraid to walk, you will reach the beautiful medieval village of "Haut de Cagnes" in 10mn, the town center and the bus station in 20mn.
It is also possible, just by a phone call, to book a local bus (bus-stop nearby the home) in order to take you at the bus or train stations, or the beach.
