About our home

In a residential neighbourhood with 20 villas. We have a large (175sqm) and very comfortable private twin house surrounded by a beautiful 550sq.m garden. The house is structured in 3 levels. In the first level there is a big room, one W C one bathroom, an office and a fitness room. In the second level there is the entrance, a large living room with a large terrace facing the hill, dining area and a TV/guest room, a fully equipped kitchen and WC. In the upper level there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, laundry room and 1 WC. In the master bedroom there is a electric relaxing bed, one bed room including an office corner and 2 persons bed and the third room, a 2 person bed. This level has one large cover terrace with barbecue corner and external guest room, facing the garden (4 levels) with a view on mountains, medieval village and sea.

Nous avons déja fait de nombreux échanges qui se sont toujours bien passés : Israel, Suisse, Pays Bas, Danemark, Finlande Nous gérons un centre de formation pour adultes en kinésiologie et développement personnel. Je suis également thérapeute et j'ai été un des pionniers de la kinésiologie et de la thérapie par le rire en France. Nous sommes toujours très heureux de partager nos connaissances et nos recherches

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our house is located in Cagnes sur Mer in the heart of the famous French Riviera, called "La Côte d'Azur" world known for its tourist attractiveness, its very mild climate and beaches, forest and river (Gorges du Loup). It takes 5 minutes by car from our home to the beach, 3 mn from the down town, 5 mn from the Hippodrome, 10 mn to the airport, 15 mn from Saint Paul de Vence (Artistic village) 20 mn from Nice downtown or Antibes downtown, 35 mn from Monaco, 40 mn from Italy, 45 mn from the first ski area on the Alps montains. The neighbourhood is very quiet and pleasant, far from the noises of the city... There is a lot of restaurants not far away. You can find a lot of shops in the center of town, and there is also one big food shop not far from the house.
