About our home

This is a typical Brittany master house.
We have updated and upgraded decoration to enlight and warm both the kitchen and living room area.
Nice tiles and wood floor, modern kitchen, and a chimney.
There is a bedroom and bathroom on the groundfloor, 3 other nice bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a larger one on the top floor.
We store BBQ, bicycles, and useful items in the garage.

There is also a smaller house on the side where we store additional garden tools, baby item. Wood for the chimney is stored in shed at the back of the house.

There a large garden of 2300m², fully closed and safe for kids.

We have an old car that can be included in the exchange as long as it is driven carefully (BMW 518 of 1983).

More about us

  1. We are Olivier and Marie Laetitia, with our young son Henry. We bought the house in 2010 to have our own place for holidays and being able to welcome all the friends and family we like.

    From the beginning we thought we would exchange the house to have the chance to discover other places in the world.

    Non simultaneous exchange is possible.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house located in nice small village only 5 mn drive from the beach.
Bakery just is 2mn walking, and you'll just drive 5 mn to shop everything you need.

We are ideally situated between the famous Cote de Granit Rose, and the wilder Cote des Ajoncs.

There are plenty of walks with stunning views on the seashore, islands, or in the countryside.
Clear waters, white beaches only 5 mn from the house, with plenty of choice if you like to change spot everyday.

Sailing school, riding school, golf courses, tennis courts are available in the near vicinity.

For the one who enjoy more cultural holidays you'll find castles, old charming towns, chapels reachable in less than 15mn drive.
