About our home

Our two room apartment is in the very centre on Cannes and it's modern and fully furnished.
Ideally located very close to the Martinez Hotel in Cannes. Large Balcony. 3 mins walk to Rue d’Antibe and to the Croisette. 4th floor of an elevator luxury building, with parking facility and very close to the Cannes tennis club.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (which can be separated in two single bed) and another rollaway bed. In the living room you will also find a double Sofa bed.
There is a bathroom recently renovated with a spacious and comfortable shower. We have a rollaway completely furnished kitchen, and a big terrace where you can eat and relax facing the Cannes Hills.

More about us

  1. We are a young Italian couple in our thirty.
    My Boyfriend, Marco works as freelance journalist and photographer for an important TV Channel here in Italy, and I work in the film industry as sales manager.
    Travelling is our passion! and we really prefer to exchange apartments rather then booking an expensive hotel room when we travel. We think this is the cheapest and the best way to visit a new place!

    We are open to many dates for the exchange, even if we prefer summer because of our holidays.
    This is our second residence, so please feel free to contact us, we could manage also a not simultaneous exchange!
    Looking forward to receiving an exchange proposal. Surprise us!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Very close to the apartment there are supermarkets, many beaches, shops, restaurants, casino, club...but at the same time Rue Lacour is a residential street...you will really enjoy our apartment!!!
We use to rent it to our colleagues and friends during Cannes Film Festival, or MipCom or MipTv because it's really centrally located.

Cannes is a very nice place where spend holidays. There are many beaches but at the same time it's a small town so you can visit it not only in summer.
Cannes is also a real strategic town to visit Cote D'Azur and Provence. Driving the hightway, in half an hour you can arrive to Monaco, or Nice, or Grasse or Antibe or Juan Les Pins...or you can wandering among the vineyard in Provence Hills!!!
