About our home

We live in the countryside a few miles from the Vercors area and from the town of Valence.
We renovated the house t'en years age to feel closer to nature.
On the first floor, there are the living room, the kitchen and the TV room, with a double bed, and toilets.
Our bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with an italian shower. On the first floor, there are also two bedrooms for the children, one with a single bed and one with a double. There is another bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The house is good for relaxing and spend good time for all the family. You can swim in the pool, play badmington and table tennis. Children like to look after the donkeys in our yard, and see the skirels while they take breakfast in the morning.
we have bicycles to visit around, including an electric one.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live at about 2 km from the small town of Chabeuil, where you can find almost everything you need. If you want to go shopping, you must take the car for 10 km to Valence or an hour to Lyon.

There is a lot to do in la Drôme.
Very closely from the house, you can practice golf, canoe, horseriding...
There is a local food speciality, la caillette, and you can eat good food either in smal auberges or in very high standard restaurants -like Pic. The local wines are the Cotes du Rhone, especialy the Hermitage.
You would also discover the rich historical surrouding : la palais du Facteur Cheval, the chateau de Grignan, and a lot of magnifical small villages
