About our home

No swap during winter (mid december to mid April), only rental through Chamonix All Year conciergerie service. (Check out the website)

3 BR in the completely refurbished residence La Cordee in Les Praz with a pool, sauna, gym and jacuzzi in the residence.
Parking slot underground.
With two balconies, one view Mont Blanc and the other Brevent-Flegere, and all the modern comfort you can enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer in this wonderful Chamonix resort. We are 800m away from the Flegere cable car and 15-20min walk from the buzz of the centre.
We are 100m away from the bus stop but a car is better if you want to be more autonomous.
The apartment faces a small lake and with no road around it is very quiet and peaceful.
We organise with aconciergerie and they will take care of the cleaning, bed sheets and check in/out.
In case of swap we ask you to cover the cleaning fees + check in/ out (300€) and for rental this is included in the rental fee.
For rental fees, depending on the week the fees can Vary from 1500€ for low season up to 4000€ during the peak season.
