The apartment is situated on the metro line 8, 20 minutes from the center of Paris.
It's just in front of "Le Bois de Vincennes" one of the biggest park of Paris. Very agradable to walk.
300 meters from the apartment you find the metro and all accomodations with bars restaurants and supermarket.
It's a very safe place like everywhere in Paris.
