Simple flat but very cosy with space for 2 and max 4 persons (2 bedrooms). Near Paris (10 minutes) Montparnasse with: train or bus.
Calm place but near from restaurants, shopping, visit, museums. From kitchen you can see Effeil Tower.

Neighbourhood
No neighbour is the same level only 1 flat per stage it is at the one (4 stages). Neighbourhood: park, and little downtown (with everything) 10 minutes with bus and train from Paris.
