About our home

Our home is a typical Catalan villa situated in Collioure on a quiet street just 2 minutes from the centre of the village and beaches. It has a living room, dining room and kitchen and double bedroom and shower room on the first level. On the lower level it has two bedrooms (a double and a children's room with three beds) and a shower room. There also a garage. It is set in a pleasent garden with eating terrace and sitting areas.

More about us

We are a married couple in our fifties with one son (21years) and two daughters (15 and 16 years). We are both professionals (a judge and a lawyer). We live in the countryside in Wicklow south of Dublin and our main interest is in equestrian and water sports. We also have a four bedroomed period town house in Ballsbridge in Dublin which could also be available for exchange. We are keen skiers - and therefore are looking for an exchange in a ski resort though we would be open to offers of other destinations.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is situated in the lovely port village of Collioure with lovely beaches and old village centre a few minutes walk. From the house there are lovely walking areas through the vineyards. Collioure is on the coast approx 20 mins south of Perpignan and 40 minutes from Ceret. The old village centre has lovely shopping and a twice weekly market. There is a huge variety of lovely restaurants and cafes.
