About our home

Our home is modern (built in 2007 and designed by an architect), quite bright (a lot of light inside and large windows), confortable, and spacious. It has a large ground floor (90 m2) with a kitchen open on the living/dining room (+ one double room). Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms (2 single bedrooms + one double bedroom). We love spending time to talk about anything in the living room, or spending time on the terrasse or in the garden, sharing a glass of local wine with friends, sometime sunbathing during the warm and sunny period (May-Octobre). We also enjoy barbecues.

More about us

  1. We are a married couple with 2 lovely boys, aged 4 1/2 and 6. We are both professionals and enjoy travelling during our holidays period. We have never done any home exchange so far but are keen to discover an other way to travel with our family.

Where is it?

Tournefeuille is a lovely town next to Toulouse. On Sunday morning you can enjoy the crowded local market ;-) We go there weekly either by bike or walking... There is also a local cinema subtitled in original tongue. There are a lot of good restaurants (foie gras, cassoulet...) in the nearby and all kinds of activities (tennis, rugby, cycling, swimmingpool...). Then Toulouse (10 minutes driving) worths a visit, together with Carcassone (1 hour driving). Mediterranean beach is about 1h30-2h driving and Pyrenees mountains about the same.
