Tout près de Toulouse, Jolie maison tranquille

Lovely house in a quiet suburb, near Toulouse (15 kilometers). Cugnaux is 15 kilometers close to the Blagnac International Airport and 20 kilometers to the bus and train stations.

You will be able to enjoy the Southern sweetness, while eating on our terrasse. Our swimming pool will let you rest, as much as the pretty 800 square-meter garden.

The house is large, comfy and has enough space to welcome a big family.

On the ground floor: a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a large open terrasse to breakfast or to take the coffee, and a garage. Inside the garage, there is a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.

Upstairs: two bedrooms, two shower rooms and two toilets.

All the bedrooms have double beds.

We have wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Mickael and Newton, our cats, will be delighted to welcome you. Please take care of them and put them the food distributor if you leave for a couple of days. Don’t worry, they have no problem accessing the garden through the cap flap.

You have all the facilities and shops in the surroundings, and a nice farmer’s market open every Saturday Morning.

Toulouse is the capital city of the Occitanie region. It offers many opportunities to learn, have fun and taste !
The Mediterranean Sea is two driving hours away, the Atlantic Ocean three hours, meanwhile Pyrenea mountains are at one hour and a half.

Charmante maison de banlieue dans un quartier calme, proche de Toulouse (15 km). Cugnaux se situe à 15 km de l’aéroport international de Blagnac et à 20 km de la gare de trains et de bus.

Vous pourrez profiter de la douceur du Sud en mangeant sur notre terrasse. Notre piscine vous permettra de vous détendre, ainsi que le coquet jardin de 800 m².
Notre maison est spacieuse, confortable et permet d’accueillir facilement une grande famille.

Au rez-de chaussée : une cuisine, un salon, 2 chambres, une salle de bain, un WC, une grande terrasse couverte pour déjeuner ou prendre le café, un garage avec congélateur, lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Mickaël et Newton nos chats seront là pour vous accueillir. Merci de vous en occuper ou de leur mettre le distributeur de nourriture si vous partez plusieurs jours. Ils accèdent librement au jardin par une chatière, nul besoin de vous en préoccuper.

Vous aurez toutes les commodités à côtés, avec un marché de producteurs sympathique les samedis matin.

La mer Méditerranée est à 2 heures de route et l’océan Atlantique à 3 heures, tandis que la montagne Pyrénées est à 1h30
