About our home

Our family home enjoys rare views of the sea, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Saint-Servan through many bay windows. It was built according to the architectural norms of the sixties with a ground floor, a garden floor and a balcony. All bedrooms have both garden- and seaview. A large garden completes the property, separating it from the street. There is a private access to the Chemin des Douaniers (GR 34) and a cove further down.
The house is located in the quiet area of Dinard called La Vicomté, which is 5 minutes from the heart of Dinard by car / by bike and 30 minutes by feet with the beautiful Chemin des Douaniers along the coast.

Pleurtuit small Airport is 15 minutes from home. It leads to London, Guernsey, Nottingham and Leeds Bradford.
Saint-Malo ferry boats lead to Anglo-Norman islands Jersey and Guernsey, and also UK cities Portsmouth and Plymouth.
