Notre maison est grande, confortable et spacieuse. Nous avons un grand salon (avec une grande cheminée) ou nous aimons recevoir nos amis, ainsi qu'un petit salon plus intime avec cheminée aussi. Le jardin est clos de mur, grand (2500 m2), arboré et fleuri.(possibilité ménage).
Il y a la possibilité d'utiliser notre petite maison au bord de la mer en Normandie, près de Grandville, tout près des plages du débarquement et du mont Saint Michel, de Jersey et des iles Chausey. Nous avons 2 chats très indépendants (chatière).
Possibilité d'un échange non simultané uniquement avec la petite maison de bord de mer.

“This architecturally beautiful home is ideally located between the Normandy Coast and Paris. Our hosts were kind enough to arrange to have their friends greet us with a wonderful dinner when we arrived in town! Highlights of our three week stay included day trips to Giverney, Lyon a Foret, Impressionist exhibit at the Musee des Beaux-Arts in Rouen, Jumieges Abbey Ruins, medieval town of Bayeux, Normandy Beaches and D-Day landmarks. From Regneville-Sur-Mer house, we visited Mont St. Michel, walled city of St. Malo and Dinan. We did not get to take the ferry from Granville to Les Iles Chausey, but it was recommended to us by the Duvellet's friendly beach house neighbors. Just a note that the beach house is a work in progress! Do not expect luxurious accommodations here, but just an interesting area to explore. We ended our trip with a visit to Versailles and Paris before flying home. So much to see and do in this area of France. The magnificent countryside of Normandy has a fascinating history and charming people. A lovely experience. Thank you, Marie and Jean-Claude!”
Nous sommes un couple marié, Jean Claude et Marie Hélène, avec 4 enfants (filles) âgés entre 30 ans et 14 ans. Nous travaillons tous les deux (architecte et secrétaire de mairie) et nous aimons voyager dès que nous trouvons le temps de nous échapper. Nous venons de faire notre premier échange de maison et nous avons adoré. C'est réellement un merveilleux moyen de découvrir un autre pays en y vivant comme un véritable habitant, et de permettre à quelqu'un d'en faire autant dans le nôtre.
La maison principale se situe en ville près des commerçants. Parfaitement située comme base de départ, notre ville est à environ une heure de Paris, de Giverny (Jardin de Monet), de la côte Normande (Honfleur et Deauville ), de la baie de Somme et à 2 heures de la Tourraine et des vignobles. Aux alentours, il existe des bases de loisirs où il est possible de se baigner, ainsi qu'une piscine municipale et tennis à 5 mn à pieds.
Notre maison secondaire est située tout près du Mont Saint Michel, des iles Chausey et Jersey. la mer est à 5 mn à pieds. Elle est située dans un charmant petit village Regnéville Sur Mer à 10 km de Grandville.
