Modern architect home 15 minutes from Paris

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SWAP IN LA IN OCTOBER!!

Our 4 bedroom (5 with our attic room) is situated next to the Bois de Vincennes and only 15mins direct by train to Paris city center. Designed by an architect with a large family in mind our home has one large master bedroom with a king size bed and it looks out over the back garden with it's own terrace on the 2nd floor, bathroom and walk in closet. The guest room is on the ground floor and has a king size bed, a private bathroom and a private access to the garden with large sliding glass doors. The two children's rooms are on the 2nd floor each with a single bed and both have their own private bathrooms. Our last room is on the 3rd floor with a steep staircase and is equipped with it's own private bathroom and small terrace. (My 10 year old sleeps here and we have never had any problems with the children but you do need to be carful as the steps are steep.)

The house is on an open floor plan so the ground floor is made up of a fully equipped large kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and two living rooms. We have a home theater system and plenty of blue rays to watch. For those of you who DJ we also have turntables over looking the main living room with cathedral ceilings.

As we have three children aging from 2 to 10 we have all of the necessary equipment to make your stay wonderful. Strollers, rollerblades in all sizes, scooters, skateboards, bicycles etc. You are welcome to use what ever we have! And we have all of the basic's as well like air conditioning (not easy to find in Paris) and washing machine and dryer. When it get's a bit chilly our house set's the perfect mood with a double sided panoramic gas fireplace.
