About our home
We offer a semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms.
There is a small but sunny garden where you can have a BBQ in summer.
On the ground floor, you can find a living-room (with a sofa where 2 people can sleep and a wood-burning fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a frontyard and a backyard.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom (full size bed and hardwood floor)with a balcony, another double bedroom (queen size bed), a single bedroom for young child (hardwood floor) with a balcony and, a bathroom (1 bathtub, 2 washbasins).
We have a wifi internet connection.
There is a small garage and a space to park a car in front of the house.
2 bikes for adults, a baby trolley and a change table are also available.

We are a married couple in our early 30s. We have 2 daughters born in October 2004 and February 2007.
Jérôme, my husband, works as an engineer. He likes skydiving.
My name is Laurence. I teach French and English in an institute for adults who are disabled. I am fond of swimming, fitness and skiing. Jérôme and I enjoy music.We have travelled abroad several times together and I have lived in Wales and the USA for 3 years. We like discovering other cultures and we would like to do our first home exchange.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Our home is in a clean, quiet and safe neighborhood, in a town 35 km north from central Paris where 10,000 people live. It is located in a "cul de sac" so there is little traffic. A big park is situated near our house (5min. walk). A traditional market is held twice a week in our town (10 minutes walk). There is a big supermarket and a cinema only 2 km from our place.
You can reach the French capital in 30 min. by car or by express train (RER D line).
Our house is close to Chantilly forest where you can walk or bike.
Paris' main airport (Roissy/Charles de Gaulle) is only 15 km from our home and Paris Beauvais airport around 60km away.
