About our home

La casa è bella e grande, al fine d'una strada che e molto tranquille e non pericolosa...
The garden has an oak wood (3000 m2), the neighbours are really nice, young with 2 children and several horses (not a commercial activity), the garden has several rose trees (about 80), the area is a wine area (Frontonnais named) and the swimming pool (11.5 m * 4.5 m)is salty (not chlored)gated (according to regulation). The house has east-west orientation, sunrise on the facade (kitchen & living room) and sunset on the swiming pool! The house has big rooms, wall-paintings are clear and lighted. We have 1 MB internet, WIFI, hundreds of books and cartoons and several CDs, jazz, opera, rock, international music and French pop..

We like pets, calm, to read and to travel and receive friends for weekends
I Laurence (43) works in Discovery for a pharmaceutical company, Joel, my husband educates teenagers with social problems. We have travelled in several countries in Africa, as well as in Europe and the US. We have a baby 6-month old, Victor.
I spent 2 weeks in Firenze in January 2007 at the Lorenzo De Medicis school to learn italian. My wish is to make progresses and speak this beautiful language in this fantastic country..

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Ideal quiet place for walking in the countryside and relaxing. Toulouse (600 000 people) (half an hour) and Montauban (population of 60 000 people) (half an hour). Restaurants in the area (5 to 10 kms), cinema (3 kms) and market on Thursdays and every Saturday at Montauban (a big one) and several visits, museums and festival around...Golf at 25 kms, parks (20 kms), tennis (village)...
From this place, you can also visit Carcassonne, a medieval city (1h15) and Lourdes, the religious city (2h). For hicking, better go to the Pyrenées (2h15)
