About our home
A lovely « bastidon » (small country house) in the heart of the Luberon, Provence ; located at the foothills of GORDES, a medieval village classified as "one of the most beautiful villages of France" and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stunning views from the garden, between fields of oliver trees and vineyards in the preserved national park of the Luberon. My home of 50 m² (about 538 ft²), with a land size of 1300 m² (about 4265 ft²) has 2 rooms including 1 sunroom with terrace, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Simple, but clean with confortable features, fully renovated in 2008 with a fully equipped kitchen, mezzanine (as a storage room) ; it offers a large garden and a municipal pool in the nearby village. A real haven for a stress free holiday…

I am a Conference Guide in France, in the tourism industry. I used to live/work in Manhattan (lower East side, off 5th Avenue); a NYU Graduate. I own an upscale 2-bedroom (65 square-meter's) apartment in a Parisian residential area at the foothills of Montmartre (walking distance from the Moulin Rouge and other cultural landmarks from the "old" Paris) . I am looking for a clean, similar swap in NYC between October 17th and November 1st, 2018 (2 full weeks) for a business trip.
I also own a lovely "bastidon" in the heart of the Luberon, Provence, available for swaps in September-october (or late August) 2018. Great local restaurants and cafés with amazing views !
