About our home

We are happy to welcome you in our new remodeled home. This house is situated on the small Saint Germain island, a very romantic place in the upper new district of Paris.

The house is on three levels :
The master bedroom and our daughter's bedroom are on the top - 2nd floor - each with separate bathroom.

Living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor - (40 square meters) - The "gourmet" kitchen with an inside bbq - opens to a warm living room with a fireplace.

2 bedrooms - each with a single bed and a mutual shower-room are on the ground floor.
On the same level is a study with a pull out sofa bed for 1 or 2 people and a computer with free internet access.

We would appreciate pet care. Our 4 year old cat is very quiet and easy to live but we can find other solutions.

We would let you the use of our car : Toyota Avensis Verso 7 seats. Very easy free parking in the street close to the house.

We love golf - you can use our golf club sets and information about the best places to go.

More about us

I'm Bertrand (45) I'm the manager of a web agency and my wife Frederique (43)is a commercial department manager for a Medical Editor.
Our kids are Antoine 13, Raphael 11 and Ilona 7. They are very well educated and respectful. They love sport and traveling with us as often as possible.
We are a very happy family and we love traveling and have visited many places together.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our home is located on a very quiet street, in a residential area on the West side of Paris. You will appreciate the huge and beautiful park on the island and the stylish new homes. A fashionable restaurant "l'Ile" is a great place to have lunch or brunch on sundays.
We are 10 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower by car.
