Totaly renovated house in old Provencale style in village close to Saint Paul de Vence. Fantastic seaview and overlooking the village. 17 km from Nice 15 min from airport. 10 min to the beach. Pool 10 x 4 with excellent (OSPA) technology. No chlor smell. AC in 3 bedrooms.
Walking distance, 5-6 min down to the nice village, La Colle sur loup. Good restaurants, shops and bakery.
Gardener maintained.
