About our home

Our house has heigh ceilings and is very charming regarding the architecture with a mezzanine and the interior balcony. We have 3 bedrooms, one with one single bed, two with a double bed including ensuite bathrooms. The pool is protected by a fence and an alarm intrusion system for the young childrens safety. You will be welcome to use our wireless internet access for your convenience during your stay.

More about us

We are both in out mid forties. Helene is a researcher working on cancer research for the national health institute. Christophe is working as a software engineer in a private company. We have two sons, Tristan (21), Thomas (18) and one daughter Marianne (11). We have already successfully exchanged with 14 families. We have one cat and we enjoy to take care of the cats and dogs of our swapping friends. We are non smokers but we have no problem hosting smokers if they don't smoke in our house or car.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our house is located in a quiet area (cul-de-sac). It is located a few kms from where Pablo Picasso lived for many years. Our area is one of the most attractive place for tourism in France, it includes famous places like Cannes (8kms), Nice (25 kms), Monaco / Monte-Carlo (60kms)or St Tropez. Côte d'Azur is a special place in our country where you can enjoy both the mediterannean sea and the high peaks of southern Alps in the same day. The beach is 7 kms from the house (12mns).
