Maison individuelle sur un terrain arboré de 3000m2 donnant sur notre vigne dans un village à 10 km de CARCASSONNE avec sa cité médiévale classée au patrimoine mondial UNESCO. Nous sommes proches de la mer mais aussi de la montagne. A 45mn de Toulouse
Il y a toutes les commodités dans le village : docteur, épicerie-boulangerie, poste et une pharmacie à 2km.
