About our home
Chalet Rubicon is a true rarity in the Chamonix Valley. It combines the elegance of a superlative modern private home within a ski in ski out setting at the foot of the world famous Kandahar piste.
Designed with flexibility for the discerning skier, Chalet Rubicon can be rented as a self-catered or catered chalet. It has over 300 M2 of living space where open plan living is integrated with private stunning views of the piste and the Chamonix valley.
The chalet can be rented in two configurations. 6 bed chalet or 4 bed chalet and separate 2 bed apartment.

50m walk from two of the main access lifts to the Les Houches ski area.
Ski back to the chalet and outdoor hot tub.
All essential amenities are within a minutes walk. Bars, restaurants, patisserie, ski hire and valley shuttle busses, giving direct and easy access to all Chamonix’s ski areas.

right next to the Bellevue lift in Les Houches giving direct access the entire ski area. You also have the option of taking the chair lift up as well.
Lac Chavants is within 400m walking distance in the summer offer fishing and the climbing wall offers great beginner experiences. The indoor climbing centre in Les Houches is at the bottom of our raod as well. a
