Maison située dans un petit village au nord de Montpellier au pied du pic Saint Loup. Village calme et charmant bordé de vignes et de la garrigue. Vignobles, caves viticoles, randonnées à pied ou à vélo depuis la maison. Joli coeur de village médiéval. A 10 minutes du Pic Saint Loup. A 15 minutes d'un lac. A 30 minutes de la mer. A 20 minutes de Montpellier centre (possibilité d'y aller en bus et tramway). A 30 minutes de la gare TGV, A 35 minutes de l'aéroport.
Small village, near Montpellier (less than 15 kms from the center). Cool place rounded by vineyards and garrigue. You can run, bike, walk in the countryside, from the house. Lovely middle age village. 10 minutes to the Pic Saint Loup, 30 minutes to the Sea. 15 minutes to a lake.
20 Minutes to Montpellier donwtown (you can use buses and tramway). 30 minutes to TGV station. 35 minutes to airport.
Casa situada en un pueblo pequeño del norte de Montpellier, abajo del Pic Saint Loup. Pueblo muy quieto y agradable bordado por viñas y garriga. Viñas, bodegas, senderismo, BTT directo a partir de la casa. Centro antiguo del pueblo muy bonito.
Solo 10 minutos del Pic Saint Loup, 15 hasta un lago, 30 para el mar.
20 para ir a Montpellier centro (se puede coger bus y tramvia). 30 minutos para la estación de tren (TGV y otros), 35 minutos para el aeropuerto.
