About our home

Nice and well decorated standing family flat of 115 sqm: sunny living/dining room, full equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 parental bedroom with king size bed, 3 other bedrooms fully suitable for kids (9, 6 and 2 years old). One king size aerobed is also available if required. Our modern building (90's), is quiet, well located and has a keeper. Household and babysitting can be arranged.

More about us

We are Guillaume and Sonia, a married couple in their late 30's with 3 small children of 9, 6 and 2 years old (Paloma, Alexandre and Zoé).We are both professionals (Export and Marketing managers) and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds to be the best solution to keep travelling with small kids! We expect to exchange our home with a family that will take care of our place as well as we will take care of theirs. We are looking forward to visiting New York during Christmas Time so please contact us!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Levallois Perret is a standing suburb of Paris full of young families with kids. Our building is 5 minutes walk from the center of the town where you will find all commodities (shopping, market, hairdressing, banks, restaurants ...) We are also 5 mns walk from the town swimming pool and several kids playgrounds. For cultural/visiting activities, please note that Levallois Perret is 0.5 km away from Paris: 5 mns train to Gare St Lazare which is 10 mns walk to Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette/Printemps stores. You can also join the center of Paris taking the line 3 subway which is 10 mns walk from our flat. In addition, from ou location you can easily go to Versailles.
