About our home
The house is around 300 years old and has plenty of character spread over four floors with two outside terraces. One enters the front door via a turret. The kitchen and sitting room create a comfortable family environment. This leads onto an outside terrace for relaxing and eating. Of the three bedrooms, two of them have en-suites. There is a garden and a shaded terrace on the ground floor.

Where is it?

Situated within the city walls of Limoux, it is a two minute walk to the Place de la Republique (town centre), where there is a selection of restaurants, cafes & shops. Limoux is famous for its festivals (in Guinness Book of Records!) and Blanquette (champagne). 25 mins to the north is Carcassonne, mediaeval city with castle on which Walt Disney based his famous Castle. 15 mins south is Rennes la Chateau made famous by the Da Vinci Code. Area is steeped in history, has spectacular scenery, good sports facilities and cheap wine! There is something for everybody. www.Limoux.fr
