About our home

My 115m2 flat is extremely well situated in Lyon's city center, by the Rhone banks. It is extremely bright and quiet, with a stunning view of Lyon.
It features a very large living room and dining area (~55m2), a separated kitchen overlooking the living room and a small terrace - all facing West. The rooms are on the opposite side of the appartment, facing East, and overlooking a courtyard. There is a large dressing room/office between the rooms and the living room for added quietness. Also, 2 separate toilets.

All Lyon's highlights are less than 30min walk. You will be less than 5 min walk from Guillotiere subway, in a very young and vibrant neighbourhood.
There are plenty of ethnic shops around (moroccan, asian, libanese...). There is a market with local products everyday except Monday less than 10min walk from home. Lots of convenience shops if you need them with min.

Feel free to contact me should you have any question.

Where is it?

Buzzy restaurants
Lyon is the French capital of food. I'm happy to provide recommendations
Cool bars
My favorites are the soda bar and black forrest - great cocktails and atmosphere.
Cozy cafés
i like Bistro Yakka, near home. But there are many more
Retail therapy
cross the bridge and go left for antiques and design shops, right for clothes :)
Bit of culture
Go to Museum of Confluences or walk across the river to explore the old Lyon
Walks in the park
Go down and walk by the river almost endlessly. You're also about 30min walk from Parc de la Tete d'Or, Lyon's biggest park in town
Spot of exercise
By the river banks, also an olympic swimming pool less than 5min walking distance. You can rent a bike at the bottom of the flat
Day tripping
So many but maybe go to Annecy for a stunning lake and the mountains
