My mother Ida and myself, Amelie(21), would like to exchange our very charming and quiet French house which is only 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM PARIS!!!
(1500 sq.ft, a 10,763 sq.ft garden with kitchen garden, veranda with big windows and sliding doors, very spacious and sunny living room with an old and rustic fireplace! entirely renovated with bright colors, spacious kitchen with dining area...)
With a small but nice(!) apartment in NYC from July to September if possible.
We definitely recommend our house to people who want to visit Paris cause it is easy and quick to go there and so nice and quiet to live here!!!

Our neigbourhood is very quiet and nice... especially when you go for a walk in the forest 5 min away, or to the golf course,it's in beautiful natural and calm surroundings .
The "chateau de Grosbois"castle is also nice to visit, in the city, you can go there on foot, it's only 5 min away too...
