About our home

Our 2-floor house is comfortable, clean and spacious. It was built 20 years ago in a peaceful housing development.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double-bed and 2 with a single bed + one study (with a sofa where 2 people can sleep) as well as a modern large kitchen and a big dining and living-room. From April to mid-October we enjoy taking advantage of our restful front or back garden (above-ground swimming pool, trees and flowers) equipped with all the necessary outdoor furniture to eat or relax with faimily and friends. We painted or wallpapered the rooms 1 or 2 years ago. Our closer neighbours are 2 retired couples and a couple our age (mid-forties) that are really friendly persons.
On the development there are 2 tennis courts which you'll be allowed to use for free. The view from the dining and the front garden is gorgeous.

More about us

We are a married couple, Hervé 46, and Nathalie, 43 with 2 kind daughters, Coline 12, and MaÃ«, 10.
This home exchange will be a first experience for us and we'd love to test it with pleasant people.
Hervé is in charge of a working center for mentally disabled people and I am an English teacher.
Framboise, our cat will keep you company when you are at home.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Situated in a picturesque area in the heart of the Gresivaudan valley, 10 minutes from the natural park of Chartreuse, Belledonne Range and 30 minutes from the Vercors. It's a great place for mountain sports and water sports with the numerous lakes in the surroundings. (Annecy, Aigubelette, Evian...)
Montbonnot is a pretty and quiet village of 4000 inhabitants with a public swimming pool and close to Grenoble that you can reach in 15 minutes by car or bus, bus stop right opposite our house.
