About our home

Our house consists of a large room (80m2)on the ground floor with a wooden terrace all around, so we are surrounded by nature we can look at through 5 large glass double windows; It is very quite and green in the summer, the garden is full of flowers surrounding the swimming pool.
On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms,2 double beds;
Each with each a beautiful view on the valley.
Our heating sytem is a "Gaudin" wooden fire place for downstairs and individual electric radiators upstairs.
We can leave our Toyota for our guests use, the city is 3mn away.

Im an English teacher, I would like my 2 girls to be fluent in English sometime; the are 14 &17 and speak quite well so far.
We love traveling, we have been last year in London, Marrakesh ..
We are quite new at exchanging houses and are looking forward to discover faraway places

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our neighbourgh is a small hill , with mainly villas, about 2 mn from the town hospital
This is one of the fanciest area in Montélimar.
We are 5mns away from downtown, with the "Allees provencales"filled with cafés and terrasses , and the busy pedestrian shopping streets around.
Around Montelimar are many small old typical roman villages , with great stone houses, and gastronomic restaurants full of charm .
