About our home

We offer a big bright open space in a very quiet area near Paris (7min. walk to the tube). There is a double bed in a sightly secluded area and a converted sofa in the living room, we have also a single bedroom upstairs where we can add one more single bed. There is a very practical kitchen with everything to cook and wash, and a dining area close to one bay window. The living room is large with a lots of sofas to seat and look outside of the two bay windows to the garden. In the garage there is space to park one car and a cellar with the washing machine. This is an untypical place to stay after a long day or night spent in Paris!

More about us

We are a couple in our late 30s with a baby and a part time 7 years old girl. We both are working from home in the interior and furniture design business. After 2 years in this house we spent our spare time improving our home, but there is always something to do! We are now flexible to go away and we are open to any option. We never exchange before but sometimes we let our house for film movies or photo shoot. We have a few addresses (restaurants, clubbing, shopping...) to give to exchangers!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Situated in a town on the other side of the âperipheriqueâ (ring road) of Paris where people are called âboboâ ( bourgeois boheme) and where mainly of Parisians artists are working and living. We are located on a very quiet street near a wood where all of our neighbours are friends. There is a 7 minutes walk to the nearest tube to Paris.
