About our home

My apartment is very nice to live in. Ideal for a couple that wants to visit Paris. I have an open kitchen on the living room, and my bedroom is upstairs, with a bathroom and a separate toilets. It is spacious, luminous and very quiet.

I work as a marketing product manager in the business of industrial gases. Besides I like to travel vey much. I like also classical music (have plenty of CDs you can use !), I like art (paintings and photograpy), and I am doing some acting, playing theater with some friends.
My companion who has two daugthers and I would like very much to go to the USA next summer (august 2008), because I would like to visit my american family I lived with during a year 22 years ago ! (they are from the area of Pittsburgh), and then I would very much like to take the opportunity to visit New York and new England, because my companion has never been there, and it would be a chance for the girls to practice their English.

Where is it?

My apartment is 10mn walk to the Metro (porte d'orléans), and 5 mn to the bus, that take you to the center of Paris. Then Montparnasse is 10mn away, Notre Dame is 20 mn away. I benefit both from the activity of the city and from the quietness of the apartment which is not right in the middle of the city. There is a covered market right accross the street that takes place on the sunday morning and thursday morning. Besides there are all types of food stores, bakeries, and restaurants very close. There is e new shopping center (mall) 10mn walk from the apartment
