About our home

Our home is in heart of the lovely town of Morzine, with a south facing garden and views of the mountains.
We have 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen / dining and sitting room plus a kids area / chill out in the lower ground as well as a sauna and hot tub.
Parking is also available for guests.

We rent the chalet out during winter therefore we only accept weekly summer rentals with LHS.

Morzine is a dual season resort and has so much to offer in the summer. The list of activities available is huge and there is so much to do for everyone.
Lovely alpine walks, road and mountain biking (kit available to hire in local shops), swimming (indoor and outdoor pools), multiple tennis courts - lessons & camps available, canoeing / kayaking, canyoning , caving / pot holing, golf course in nearby Les Gets, beach experiences at Montriond and Lake Geneva, horse riding, ice skating, mountaineering, paint balling, paragliding, rock climbing, tree top adventures and the summer luge.

We are also part of the Multipass scheme which allows guests to benefit from discounted prices to many local attractions as well as certain passes during the summer months.
Unfortunately we have to pass on our cleaning charges (which include towels / linen and end of stay clean) at a cost of €40 per person and a minimum of €350 for the week.

  1. We're a family of 4 who love to travel whenever we can. Whilst we love to revisit our favourite places we really want to explore new ones!

  2. I am now a stay at home mum with interest in fitness, nutrition and interior design. My husband is a pilot so very used to living out of a bag..

  3. We are always keen for a bit of adventure and can't sit still for long..

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Buzzy restaurants
La Chaudanne, L'Etale, Le Tremplin, Le Tyrolien, Le Clin d'Oeil and the Farmhouse all in town. Up the mountain there are also lots of great places to eat - Les Lindarets has Le Chaudron and Vaffieu is at the top of the Plentey.

Cozy cafés
Morzine has lots of lovely spots for coffee.. so it depends where you are but Dotty's and Beanies are favourites. Les Gets, Les Lindarets and Montrionds also lots of popular stops too.

Day tripping
Chamonix is about an hour from Morzine and offers great restaurants, scenery and a closer view of Mont Blanc. Annoy is a charming yet typical French town on the lake. It offers water activities, lovely walks and good shopping and is only 1 hour 20 away. Samoens is another alpine village and is closer to Morzine (40 minutes) over the top of Col de Joux Plane, which in itself is a lovely drive. It is an atmospheric market town. If you're after a bit more glitz the Megeve is another resort only an hour away. Evian Les Bains (the source of the water) is also only 45 minutes away and is a good place for a lakeside picnic.
