About our home
Our house has been built in the 1930's. We bought it in 2005 and made it heightened in order to enlarge. It is very luminous and spacious with large windows. It has a large and modern kitchen with adjoining dining room opened on a terrace above the garden.

We are Marie-Pierre and Aurélien, a married couple with a young daughter called Rose. We are both professionals (engineer and architect). Aurelien relooked the house as an architect. We have not done a home exchange before but we are used to travel. With our daughter (2 years old) we'd rather go to a house and we hope our house will be very comfy for people with children like us.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Our house is located in a nice area of Nantes near the downtown, "Butte Sainte-Anne" which is famous for tourism because there is the Jules Verne's house and a large view over the river Loire and the entire town. There are shops in the neighbourhood. You can easily get a bus or an aerial tramway to visit the whole town or a train to go to the seaside (Le Croisic, La Baule,...). We can also lend you our car.
