About our home

Hi Everybody, I am looking for an exchange of one year. My family and I want to move to NYC in August. My little sister will start school in Dwight School which is in the Upper West side of Manhattan, we could therefore appreciate to find an apartment in that area but any great offers, we will be considered. Our apartment is a Big modern Duplex apartment located in the nicest area of Neuilly Sur Seine (La folie Saint James). The building has 7 floors, a "keeper", living right at the entrance of the building and an elevator. Our flat has 2 and a half bedrooms (5 sleeps), 2 bathrooms, living room/dining room and the kitchen (fully equipped). Has a view on Tennis-courts and on the river, La Seine. It is Located 5 walking min from the metro station (10 min from the Champs Elizee with the metro) and a shopping area and it is 5 walking min away from the forest (Le bois De Boulogne).
